The following items can be found within all these cabinets. A base unit, RH SHOWN, will be used for the example:

Bi-Fold single hinge, cover cap, buffers

Aluminium bar fitted to top of cabinet

Self-closing feature

Hettich centre hinge-to-hinge

Blum standard hinge with in-line plate

Step 1: Fix aluminium bar to top of cabinet.

Step 2: Fix self-closing feature inside the aluminium bar ( This keeps doors open when fully folded ).

Step 3: Refer to doors – fix the centre hinges.

Step 4: Fix the single top hinge and buffers to the outer door (These stop the doors banging against the opposite side. The buffers cushion the impact if the doors are thrown open).

Step 5: Fix the Blum hinges to cabinet side and offer door set to the side of cabinet:

Step 6: Lock the Bi-Fold single hinge into the bar and test slide.

Step 7: To release the Bi-Fold single hinge if required.
