The following items can be found within all these cabinets. A single width Bi-Fold larder, RH SHOWN, will be used for the example:

Bi-Fold double hinge, cover, buffers

Aluminium bar fitted to top of cabinet

Self-closing feature

Blum standard hinge with in-line plate

Guide hinge

Aluminium bar fitted to bottom of cabinet

Hettich centre hinge-to-hinge

Step 1: Fix aluminium bars to top and bottom of cabinet.

Step 2: Fix self-closing feature inside the aluminium bar ( This keeps doors open when fully folded ).

Step 3: Refer to doors – fix the centre hinges.

Step 4: Fix both the double top hinge and Guide hinge, with buffers, to the outer door (These stop the doors banging against the opposite side. The buffers cushion the impact if the doors are thrown open).

Step 5: Fix the Blum hinges to cabinet side and offer door set to the side of cabinet:

Step 6: Lock the Bi-Fold double hinge into the bar.

Step 6: Lock the Bi-Fold bottom guide hinge into the bar.

Step 7: To release the Bi-Fold hinges if required.
